We offer a range of homes including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom designs. Our homes are built using new high cube containers and come fully furnished and turnkey, including fixtures, fittings, and furnishings.

The price covers the GTL 'product', which includes the container, fixtures, fittings, furnishings, and 13.5% VAT. Extras would be delivery of your GTL home to your site, plus any set-up, ready to move into.

Yes, you will need to provide access to water, electricity, and sewerage services. We will deliver your container home ready to plug into these utilities. For uneven ground, you can choose screw pile foundations (removable if you decide to move later), or prepare your own foundations.
